What happens here at Oakfield that you can get involved with?

Seasonally we offer farm tours and events. We have something on offer for everyone, from toddlers to grandparents, as well as selling produce directly off the farm.

Lambing tours/experiences – from family lambing experiences to Date night in the lambing shed we love having people to the farm at this magical time and sharing an insight into what goes on behind the scenes at lambing time on a real life working farm.
Tots on the farm – a weekly run pre-school children’s group, where we explore and learn about food and farming through play, each week has a farming theme following the farming calendar and what’s happening on our farm. What better a way to let your little one learn than with real life animals, playing in the mud, growing their our own fruit and vegetables and crafting with natural materials.

Seasonal Events & Workshops – We run a wide variety of seasonal events and tours from rug felting classes with our sheep fleeces to adult’s practical sheep skills workshops, festive wreath making and pop up produce fairs.
